Two Second Witness (2SW)

ITTYBITTYBITES ("we", "us", "our") operates the Two Second Witness mobile application ("2SW", the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
The following is saved locally on your device (in the App's private storage) and is not transmitted to us:
Uninstalling the App deletes this local data. You can also erase it in-app via Profile → Reset All Progress.
On first launch, 2SW shows a consent screen linking to this Policy and to our Terms & Conditions, with a toggle for "Personalized ads & analytics." If you decline, analytics events are not sent and the App requests non-personalized ads only. You can revisit this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy.
The App displays a banner on the home screen and offers optional rewarded video ads. To serve ads, AdMob may collect a device/advertising identifier and limited usage data. You are never required to watch an ad to play. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data.
When enabled, Firebase Analytics collects anonymous app-usage events (such as sessions, trials completed, and level-ups) and a device identifier to help us understand and improve the App. It does not collect your name, email, or contacts. See Firebase Privacy & Security.
Ads and analytics may use your device's advertising ID. You can reset or limit this identifier at any time in your device settings (Android → Settings → Privacy → Ads).
Data transmitted by the third-party SDKs above is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Your on-device game data resides in the App's private storage area provided by the operating system.
2SW is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will address it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Because the App stores game data locally, you can delete it directly on your device (uninstall, or Profile → Reset All Progress). For analytics/advertising data held by Google, you may withdraw consent in Settings → Privacy and/or contact us to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.
To request deletion of any data associated with your use of the App, email us at the address below. Because we do not maintain user accounts, please describe your request; we will process it within a reasonable time.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, surfaced in-app.
